Who receives it:

Users of the team responsible for the plan, users of the team responsible for programming and users of the team responsible for performing the maintenance of the asset. These teams are defined on the maintenance plan data screen when creating the record.

When:

This task will be generated as soon as any of the frequency criteria, defined in the maintenance plan, is satisfied:
▪Date-based frequency: When you have already passed the date of the next maintenance execution, however, advance notification of this task can be configured, that is, the system will alert those in charge that the maintenance plan will expire soon. ▪Meter-based frequency: When the meter reading reaches the established frequency value, however, advance notification of this task can be configured, that is, the system will alert those in charge that the maintenance plan will expire soon. |
Purpose:

Alert the responsible team on the maintenance plans that are expired or about to expire, as it is necessary to create a new maintenance programming and/or execution.

How to execute this task:
1.Select the desired plan from the list of pending records.
2.Then, click on the arrow located next to the  button and select the desired option: ▪Activity programming: Select this option to program the preventive maintenance activity. Remember that the programming step is not required. ▪Activity execution: Select this option to create the maintenance activity in the execution step.
3.The activity data screen will be displayed according to the selected option. Enter the required data and save the record.
Both the programming and execution of the activity may go through APPROVAL if the respective step is properly configured in the standard activity associated with the preventive maintenance plan.
