Location: Configuration  Service report type
Overview:
The type allows centralizing the common configurations of reports that have the same characteristics. Use this menu to create all the possible types that will classify the service reports issued in the system. For better organization, cost types will be displayed hierarchically.

Click on this button to add a new service report type. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a service report type section.

Click on this button to edit the service report type selected in the list of records.
|

Click on this button to delete the service report type selected in the list of records.
|

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report or to view the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.
