To add a new report type, click on the button on the main toolbar. To edit a record, select it in the list of records and click on the button.
On the screen that will be opened, enter an ID # and a name for the type. The following tabs are also available:

Upper level service report type
|
Fill out this field for the type to be hierarchically recorded below the selected report type. In this case, select the desired service report type. If a type is selected in the main screen hierarchy, this field will be filled out by the system, but it is possible to edit it.

Use mask for the ID #
|
Check this option for the automatic identification resource to be used when issuing service reports of this type. To do that, in the respective field, select the desired identification mask. Note that only the masks whose object is service report are available for selection. Check the Enable generated ID # change option so that, when creating service reports of this type, the generated ID # can be edited. If this option is not checked, the generated ID # may not be edited.

Approval step?
|
Check this option for the service reports of the type in question to go through the approval step. In the Route type field, define whether the approval route will be:
▪Variable: Allows the responsibility route to be selected/edited when issuing the service reports of this type, besides allowing to edit its members. Fill out the Responsibility route field to pre-define an approval route, but it may be edited. ▪Fixed: Allows the responsibility route to be selected/edited when issuing the service reports of this type, but it will not be possible to edit its members. Fill out the Responsibility route field to pre-define an approval route, but it may be edited. ▪Fixed & unique: A default approval route will be established for all service reports of this type. The selected report may not be edited (or its members) when issuing the service reports of this type. In the Responsibility route field, select the default route that will be used to approve the reports. ▪Responsible: The approval of the service reports of this type will be performed by their respective responsible parties. In the Deadline field, enter the number of days the responsible party will have to approve the report. |

Use this tab to define attributes to complement the information of the revenues of this type. On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to associate an attribute that was previously created in the system with the service report type. Refer to the Adding attributes section for further details on how to perform this operation.

Click on this button to save the association of attributes with the type.
|
|
Click on this button to disassociate the attribute selected in the list of records from the type.
|
If the attribute configurations are edited (e.g.: an attribute checked as required becomes non-required or vice versa), they will be replicated to the revenues of this type when their data is edited.
|
|
In this tab, it is possible to configure the information that will be displayed in the report. For that, in the Configuration to display in the report field, check the options that correspond to those you wish to be displayed.

After filling in all the necessary fields, save the record.
