Closure

Prerequisites:

Closure step configured in the category

Audit with finished execution

 

Overview:

After the audit execution is finished, the audit goes through the closure step, if thus configured in its category. The party responsible for this step (defined in the category) may verify whether the audit was properly performed.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to edit the data of the audit selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to execute the closure step of the audit selected in the list of records. On the audit screen that will be displayed, enter the actual date of the execution of the closure step. For this and other operations, refer to the Planning an audit section for a detailed description of the audit data screen.

Click on this button to view the results of the audit selected in the list of records. See more details in the Audit evaluation result section. This button will only be available if its category has been configured with 19011 scope (requirement audit) and result permission is enabled.

Click on this button to view the data of the audit selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to access the project schedule or SE GanttChart.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to send the audit selected in the list of records back to the execution step.

Click this button to finish the audit selected in the list of records or for its closure to be sent for approval, as configured in the category.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. When selecting this option, the system will display the details of the audit selected in the list of records in one of the quadrants.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information.
