Task:

Audit planning

Who receives it:

Members of the team responsible for the audit.

When:

As soon as the audit is planned, but not sent to the next step.

Purpose:

To enable the team members to check the audit data before sending it to the next step of the flow.

 

How to execute this task:

 

1.Select the desired audit from the list of pending records.

 

2.Use the respective buttons on the pending records screen toolbar to perform the audit actions. See the Audit plan section for further details on how to fill in the fields on the audit data screen.

 

3.After finishing the planning draft, click on the Save and exit button on the audit data screen or the button on the main screen toolbar, to send the audit to the next configured step:

Planning approval: If it is configured in the audit category in question, that it will go through approval, the system will generate the Audit approval task for the members of the responsibility route for this operation.

Audit preparation: If it is configured in the category of the audit in question that it will go through preparation before being executed, the system will generate the Audit execution task.

Execution: If the audit does not possess the Planning approval and Audit preparation steps configured, the audit will be ready to be started, that is, ready for execution.
