Overview:

Through this menu, the user can add, edit, and view the records created in the pivot tables, accessing the form directly. From this menu, the user can search for forms directly, without having to know the table to which they belong. The toolbar buttons will only be enabled after selecting a form.

 

Specific buttons:

new

Click on this button to create a new record in the form selected in the filter panel. See further details about record creation in the Creating a record by form section.

edit

Click on this button to edit a record of the form that is selected in the filter panel.

delete

Click on this button to delete a record of the form that is selected in the filter panel.

view

Click on this button to view the form data.

report

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button to change the status (active/inactive) of the record selected on the main screen.
