Survey from a template

To create a survey from a previously created template, access the "Management Survey planning" or "Execution Survey execution" menus. The steps below are the same for the creation of the survey on both steps: planning and execution.

1.On the main screen toolbar, click on the arrow next to the button and click on the Survey from a template option.

2.On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the template from which the survey will be created and save the selection.

3.At this point, the system opens the survey data screen. Some fields on the data screen will be filled out with the information of the previously selected template.
