User profiles

In order to meet the specific needs of every company, Softexpert products offers the following profile options: Manager, Staff, Basic and View. All system menus are enabled based on access rights set for each user.

 

Manager

The user who has "Manager" license will have total access to the component, that is, will have access to all component menus. This profile allows user to conduct a manager tasks, such as: analyze and plan objectives; organize and design resources (financial, technological or human resources); make decisions; evaluate and control/track.

 

Staff

The user who has "Staff" license will have intermediate access to the component, that is, users can access only some menus of the components. This profile allows user to execute tasks that have been planned by manager.

 

Basic

The user who has the "Basic" license will have limited access to the component, that is, they will have access to the view menus of the components, will be able to start workflows, incidents and problems and will be able to execute acknowledgment tasks.

 

View

The user who has the "View" profile will have limited access to the component, that is, they will have access only to the view menus of the components and will be able to execute acknowledgment tasks.
