When accessing the "All portals" option in the portal menu, the screen will be reloaded to display all portals to which you have access. The number of followers of a portal displays next to the icon. Public portals, that is, portals that have been shared with all system users, are identified with the icon, while private portals are represented by the icon. Private portals can be shared with specific users or with specific departments, positions or teams. See next which operations are available through this screen:
Use the "Search" field to find a portal through its name. To do that, enter the name or part of the portal description and press ENTER. At this point, the corresponding portals will be displayed.
Click on the "Filters" button next to the search field to filter the portals based on the desired criteria. The following options are available:
Filters for searching for portals
Author
Select this option to filter the portals by author. A screen will be added to search for and select the author to be used as a filter.
Share
Select this option to filter the portals by public or private.
Categories
Select this option to filter the search by portals of a specific category (or more).
Following
Select this option to filter the search by portals that the users is or is not following.
Changed on
Select this option to filter the portals by their edit date. A screen will be added to select the period to be used as a filter.
Mobile Friendly
Select this option to filter the portals that are available on mobile, that is, portals in which the "Available on mobile" option has been checked.
Each portal displayed in the portal list has shortcuts to execute quick actions, always respecting the permission type that the logged user has. To view the available actions, simply click on the button that is displayed when hovering the mouse over the desired portal.
Shortcut types
Edit
This option will only be displayed in portals you are allowed to edit. When it is clicked, it opens the portal screen in edit mode.
Copy
By clicking on this option, a copy of the selected portal is made, including the Analytics vision (if any).
Share
By clicking on this portal, the data of the selected profile will be shared with specific users, by department, by position, by team or publicly. It also allows copying the link for external sharing, but only with users with access to SE Suite.
Deleting a portal
This option will only be displayed in portals you are allowed to edit. When clicked, it executes the deletion of the selected portal.
Setting as home
This option allows the portal to be displayed in the SE home screen, with the options of displaying it to the logged user only, to all users who view the portal or to specific users only.
In the listing of portals, it is possible to differentiate the portals you are following from the others.
▪Card in portal list: If there is a button called "Follow", it means that you are not following the portal; after clicking on it, the name will change to "Following", indicating that you are now following the portal. If a portal has the "Following" button, it means that you already follow it; when hovering the mouse over it, the name will change to "Stop following", which will make you stop following the portal if clicked.
▪Portal screen: It is also possible to execute the following or unfollowing actions through the respective options available in the portal header or through the options displayed after clicking on the button.
The portals copy can be used by any user who has permission to create a portal. See below how to make a copy of a portal:
▪Card in portal list: The "Copy" quick action is displayed when clicking on the button, which is displayed when hovering the mouse over the desired portal in the portal list.
▪Portal screen: The copy of the portal can also be executed during portal viewing, through the "Copy" option displayed when clicking on .
As soon as the copying portal action is performed, the copied portal will be displayed with the word "Copy" in the title. It is possible to rename the portal title by clicking on the "Edit portal" option. The portal created through the copy will have the same panels and widgets as the original portal.
