Overview:

To assemble the FMEA structure, it is necessary to have all possible severity criterion already recorded. The severity criterion is related to the impact of the effect(s) caused by customer failure and/or subsequent manufacturing operations.

 

Specific Buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to add a new severity criterion. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a severity criterion section.

Click on this button to edit the severity criterion selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the severity criterion selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the severity criterion selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
