Overview:

The FMEA analysis should not be considered as a single event but as a long-term appointment that complements the development of products and processes to ensure that potential failures are evaluated, and measures are taken to reduce its risk. All FMEA created in the system will have its structure assembled. It is in the structure that will be associated: the failure modes, the failure effects, the failure causes and the preventive corrective actions. The FMEA records consist in defining which studies will be necessary.
