Task:

Activity execution

Who receives it:

Users of the team responsible for the execution of the maintenance activity. This team is defined on the maintenance plan/programming data screen (preventive, programmed or maintenance route) or in the standard activity (corrective maintenance) at the time of its creation.

When:

The users will receive this task after:

The closure of the activity programming, if the maintenance activity does not have the approval step;

The approval of the programming, if the maintenance activity has the approval step.

Purpose:

To execute the maintenance activity of assets.

How to execute this task:

1.Select the desired maintenance from the list of pending records.

2.Click on the edit button to edit the maintenance data. See the Activity execution section for details of how to enter the execution information.

If the maintenance activity is originated from a request or is associated with process instances, the header of the "General data" section of the maintenance activity will display the request or instance data, allowing the user to quickly access what is linked with the maintenance activity.

3.After entering all the maintenance execution information, press the button of the Run section, located on the maintenance data screen, to send the maintenance to the next step. At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send the record to the next step:

Action

Confirm

The record may move on to one of the following steps:

Execution approval: The record will continue to this task if the standard activity associated with the maintenance plan is configured with the execution approval step.

Finished: If the approval step is not configured in the activity, then the maintenance will be finished.

Cancel

If it is not confirmed, the record will remain pending and this action may also be executed by clicking on the default button on the toolbar.

4.To execute activities in batches, that is, several activities at the same time, use the "More arrowrgray Finish" button located on the toolbar of the activity execution task screen. The button allows finishing activities in batches without the need to open the data screen.

Even if an activity is under the "To be started" status, the system will finish the activity, without going through the "Execution" status. The start and/or end date/time fields that are not filled out will be automatically completed by the system. The executor will also be filled out by the system with the user that is performing the batch execution. If there is approval, the system will send it to Execution approval and not to Finished.

For batch execution to be possible, the activities must not have fields with mandatory completion.
