Activity programming

Who receives it:
|
Users of the team responsible for the asset maintenance activity defined in the data screen of the maintenance plan/programming (preventive maintenance, programmed maintenance or maintenance route).

When:
|
The maintenance activity is programmed and has not been sent to the approval/execution step.
|
Purpose:
|
Allow the responsible parties to finish the programming of the maintenance activity.
|
How to execute this task:
1.Select the desired activity from the list of pending records. If the "Allow listing all scheduled activities of the plan in the activity scheduling task menu" option is checked in the general parameters of SE Asset, the list of records will display all planned activities of the plan, regardless of their sequence or quantity. Otherwise, the oldest activity will be displayed according to its execution sequence.
2.Click on the  button to edit the activity data. Refer to the Editing maintenance activity data section for more details on filling out the other fields of the maintenance activity.
3.After entering all the programming information of the maintenance activity, click on the button of the Run section, located on the maintenance data screen, to send the activity to the next step. At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send the record to the next step:

The record may move on to one of the following steps:
▪Programming approval: The record will continue to this task if the standard activity associated with the maintenance plan is configured with the planning approval step. ▪Activity execution: The record will continue to this step if the activity associated with the maintenance plan has not been configured with the approval step. After approving the programming, the record also moves on to this step. |

If it is not confirmed, the record will remain pending and this action may also be executed by clicking on the  button on the toolbar.
