Overview:
A calendar allows defining the working days and hours for the organization, and regular (weekends) and special (holidays) breaks. Calendars can be used to check the availability of a resource, set schedules, schedule activities etc. Through this menu, it is possible to add and manage the calendars that will be used in SE Suite components. For better organization, calendars are displayed hierarchically, thus allowing lower-level calendars to inherit the upper-level calendar restrictions.

Click on this button to add a new calendar. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a calendar section.

Click on this button to edit the calendar selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the calendar selected in the list of records. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report, or to view the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).
