Overview:

The capture configuration allows establishing pre-configurations that will be applied at the moment of the capture execution in the system. These pre-configurations consist on the responsible team for capturing, steps by which the capture will pass, document and batch type that will be captured, output file definition generated from capture, etc. Use this menu to create all possible capture configurations that may be associated to the capture batch, at the moment of its creation.

 

Specific Buttons:

Click on this button to create a new capture configuration. See further details about this operation in the Creating a capture configuration section.

Click on this button to edit the capture configuration selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the capture configuration selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to create a new capture configuration from the copy of the configuration selected in the list of records. Once done, open the capture configuration screen to fill in its data. See further details about this operation in the Creating a capture configuration section.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
