Task:

Capture

Who receives it:

Members of the teams responsible for the execution of the capture steps.

When:

A batch is created, however, it is not sent to the next step.

The capture batch is released for the execution of a capture step. The steps in which the capture batch will pass are defined in capture configuration which the patch belongs to.

Purpose:

Execute the capture step configured for the batch.

 

How to execute this task:

1.In the list of pending records, select the desired batch.

 

Through the "S" column of the record list, it is possible to view the capture step in which the batch is found. Hover the mouse pointer over the icon to identify the step.

 

2.If it is necessary to perform adjustments to the batch, click on the button on the main screen toolbar. At this point, the capture data screen will be displayed. Refer to the Executing a capture step section for more information about what can be accomplished in the capture step in which the batch is found. After performing the required edits, save the record. To send a batch to the next capture step, without leaving the data screen, click on the "Next capture" option.

 

3.To send a batch to the next step without having to access it data screen, click on the button on the toolbar. At this point, the capture flow screen will open. Through it, in addition, to send the batch to the next step, you can return it to a previous step or cancel it. See more information in the Capture flow section.

 

If in the capture configuration applied to the batch the "Allow sending to the next step without editing the batch" option was not checked, you will need to access the batch data before sending it to the next capture step.

The capture execution may also be performed through the Execution Capture menu.
