Task:

Employee feedback confirmation

Who receives it:

User who received a feedback, as long as the "Requires feedback confirmation" option is enabled in the plan execution cycle data.

When:

The feedback is performed during the review evaluation (manual) and it is closed and sent to the next step;

The responsible user executes the Employee feedback task.

Purpose:

To allow the employee to accept or reject the feedback performed.

 

How to execute this task:

In the list of pending records, locate and select the desired appraiser.

1_auxnmbAfter that, click on the default button on the toolbar.

At this point, the evaluation data screen will be opened in the Feedback section. On the displayed timeline, it is possible to view the feedback sent by the appraiser. If you disagree with the feedback or wish to make a comment, click on the Comment option, record the desired information and press Enter on the keyboard. Once done, the options that allow you to "Edit" and "Delete" the comment will be displayed.

Next, on the toolbar, click on the desired option:

Accept: Confirm the request made by the system. In this case, the feedback will be accepted and the record will no longer be displayed in the listing. If the request is not confirmed, the record will remain pending.

Reject: Confirm the request made by the system to reject the feedback. In this case, the Employee feedback task will be generated for the appraiser to acknowledge the feedback rejection. If the request is not confirmed, the record will remain pending.

 

There is a limit for the number of procedures, configured in the Feedback section of the evaluation plan cycle data. If the maximum number of procedures is reached and the employee rejects the feedback, an e-mail is sent to the responsible team for execution, notifying them of the feedback rejection.
