Task:

Employee feedback

Who receives it:

▪Responsible for feedback (by default the employee leader; otherwise, user defined in the evaluation plan cycle).

When:

▪The review evaluation is automatic and the "Allow feedback from employee" option is enabled in the plan execution cycle data;

▪The review evaluation is manual and it is sent to the next step without performing a feedback for the employee (if the "Allow feedback from employee" option is enabled in the plan execution cycle data).

▪The employee rejects the feedback sent to them (if the feedback confirmation is configured as required).

Purpose:

To allow sending a feedback for the evaluated employee.

In the list of pending records, locate and select the desired employee.

After that, click on the button on the toolbar.

At this point, the evaluation data screen will be opened in the Feedback section. On the timeline that will be displayed, click on the Comment option, enter the feedback and press Enter on the keyboard. Once done, the options that allow you to "Edit" and "Delete" the feedback will be displayed.

After entering the feedback, click on the Execute option on the data screen. The system will ask you for a confirmation to execute the feedback. Click on the desired option:

▪No: The feedback will remain pending.

▪Yes: The feedback will be executed. If the "Requires feedback confirmation" option is enabled in the plan execution cycle data, the system will generate Employee feedback confirmation for the employee to which the feedback was created.
