Overview:

The objective of report templates is to establish a default page layout configuration for all SE Suite reports. Use this menu to record and configure all the templates that may later be associated with reports. By default, four default templates that have already been configured will be displayed in the list of records in this menu.

Specific buttons:

	Click on this button to add a new report template. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a report template section.
	Click on this button to edit the report template selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to delete the report template selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to access Jaspersoft Studio and edit the report template file selected in the list of records. See more details about this operation in the Editing a template file section.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
	Click on this button to change the status (active or inactive) of the report template selected in the list of records. To successfully perform this operation, it is necessary for the template not to be associated with any reports.
	Click on this button to copy the report template selected in the list of records. To successfully perform this operation, it is necessary to confirm the request made by the system. See how to perform this operation in the Copying a report template section.
	Click on this button to unblock the report template selected in the list of records. This button will only be enabled when a template is blocked, that is, while the template file is open for editing (Jaspersoft Studio).

Use the fields in the General filter to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters. The following fields are available:

▪ID #: Enter the ID # of the desired report template.

▪Title: Enter the title of the desired report template.

▪Status: Expand the list of options and check the option that corresponds to the status of the desired report template record (active/inactive).

▪Layout: Expand the list of options and check the option that corresponds to the layout of the desired report template (portrait/landscape).

▪Size: Expand the list of options and check the option that corresponds to the page format of the desired report template (A4/Letter).

After entering the required filters, click on the SEARCH button in the 'Search filters' panel or press the ENTER key on your keyboard.
