Tracking APQP/PPAPs |
To track the execution of the activities of an APQP/PPAP, locate the desired APQP/PPAP. Use the Search filters, located on the left side of the main screen, to find the APQP/PPAPs saved in the system more easily.
Click on the button on the toolbar to edit the data of the APQP/PPAP selected on the main screen:
Click on the buttons in the Add and Delete sections to add or delete activities to/from the APQP/PPAP in question. The details of how to add activities to the APQP/PPAP data are found in the Planning APQP/PPAPs section.
Select an activity that is in execution, approval, or finished, and click on the button in the Activity data section. At this point, the system will display the activity data screen with the data entered by the executor.
When selecting an activity that is finished, that is, with the icon in the AS column, the button in the Undo execution section will become enabled. Click on this button if the activity needs to be executed again. The system will ask whether the activity needs to be sent to execution. When confirming the question, the activity status will change to "Execution", being flagged with the icon in the AS column.
Save and close the record. |
