Location: View Supply allocation

 

Overview:

Use this menu to view the allocation of supplies to asset verification, maintenance, or calibration activities. It is necessary to define the planning and execution periods of the activity that contains the allocation.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. After selecting this option, the third quadrant displays the information of the activity to which the supply selected in the second quadrant has been allocated.

Click on this button to edit the layout of the main screen to two quadrants.

 

Use the Search filters panel to define the dates and grouping mode of the period:

Group by: Enter whether the allocations will be grouped by Days, Weeks or Months.

Period: Select the date range that covers the period in which the object may be allocated in an activity.

 

Click on the SEARCH button after filling out desired filters.

 

Still in the search panel, use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. For that, click on the button to add them.

Supply

Use the fields in this filter to find the desired allocation through the supply associated with it. To do this, select the desired supply or enter its ID # and/or name.

 
Asset

Asset: Select the asset related to the allocation you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the asset related to the allocation you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the asset related to the allocation you wish to search.

Asset status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible statuses of the asset related to the allocation you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Serial number: Enter the serial number of the asset related to the allocation you wish to search.

Specification: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible specification of the asset related to the allocation you wish to search.

Responsible team: Select the responsible team for the asset related to the allocation you wish to view.

Gage owner: In the Type field, select the desired option to locate assets from the organization (internal) or from another organization (third-party) or both. If the "External" option is selected, in the respective field, select the Company that owns the asset.

Condition: Use the fields in this section to locate supplies allocated in verification, maintenance, or calibration activities of assets in determined conditions. To do that, enter the ID # and the name of the asset condition or select the desired condition.

Location: Use the fields in this section to locate the supplies allocated to verification, maintenance, or calibration activities of assets that belong to a determined location or that are with a certain user.

 
Asset attributes

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the type of the asset related to the allocation you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

 
Execution activity

ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated.

Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated: Planning, Programming approval, To be started, Execution, Execution approval, Closed or Cancelled. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Activity type: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the activity type to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated.

Responsible team for planning: Enter the responsible team for the planning of the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated.

Responsible team for execution: Enter the team responsible for the execution of the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated.

Executor: Enter the executor of the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated. Use the other buttons next to the field to fill it with the logged-in user data and clear it.

Plan: Enter the plan of the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated.

Activity classification: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the classification of the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated.

Service center: Enter the service center of the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated.

Responsible technician: Enter the technician responsible for the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated.

Defects: Enter the defect associated with the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated.

Cause: Enter the cause of any defect associated with the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated.

Linked activity: Enter the maintenance activity associated with the activity to which the supply you wish to search has been allocated.

 
Execution activity attributes

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the standard activity that originated the activity in which the supply you wish to search has been allocated, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.
