Location: View History

 

Overview:

Use this menu to track the history of the assets saved in the system. All the events through which the assets have already gone through will be displayed in this view, for example: events, calibration, verifications, etc. The search result may be viewed through the Gantt chart to better track the information.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the corresponding option to view the data of the event related to the asset or the asset data. Select the desired record before clicking on this button.

Click on this button to view the events displayed in the list of records in a Gantt chart.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired asset history report. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

 

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To do that, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.

Asset history

Asset: Select the desired asset record.

Start: Enter the start date of the history to be generated.

End: Enter the end date of the history to be generated.

Event: Expand the list and select the options that correspond to the events of the asset you wish to view in the history. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

 

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right side of the view screen.
