Location: View  Inventory
Overview:
This view allows tracking the storage place of the assets recorded in the system. The search result can be stratified in the form of managerial reports for better monitoring of information.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data of the inventory selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To do that, go to the Search filters panel and click on the  button to add them.

ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the inventory you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the inventory you wish to search.
Status: Expand the list and check the possible steps in which the inventory may be found: Planning, To be started, Execution, Execution approval, Closed, Updating data or Canceled. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right side of the view screen.
