Creating a maintenance event

To create the record, click on the arrow next to the button on the main screen toolbar and select the Maintenance event option.

 

On the screen that will be displayed, select the type that will classify the configuration being created and save your selection.

 

On the screen that will be opened, enter an ID # and a name for the record. After that, save the record.

 

The following tabs will be enabled to be filled out:

 

General

Configuration type: This field displays the configuration type selected during the addition, although it is possible to edit it. In this case, select the type that will classify the event configuration.

Responsible team: Fill out this field to preset the team that will be responsible for the event. In that case, select the desired team.

Downtime record:

Disable asset when it is checked out for maintenance (preventive maintenance): The downtime record of the asset will be performed when it is checked out for preventive maintenance.

Disable asset when it is checked out for maintenance (corrective maintenance): The downtime record of the asset will be performed when it is checked out for corrective maintenance.

Comments: Use this field to record important information about the event configuration.

 

Cost

Check-out for usage: Select this option to associate the costs related to the output event that must be filled out when it occurs.

Check-in from usage: Select this option to associate the costs related to the input event that must be filled out when it occurs.

 

Attribute

Use this tab to define attributes to complement the information of the event. On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to associate an attribute that was previously created in the system with the event. See how to perform this operation in the Adding an attribute section.

Click on this button to save the association of attributes with the event.

Click on this button to disassociate the attribute selected in the list of records from the event configuration.

 

After performing all desired configurations, save the record.
