Overview:

Use this menu to create the configurations of the events performed in the asset. The configurations may refer to events for: usage, maintenance, and calibration. The configurations set here will make it easier, further on, to create assets, because they group together the main events' information. The event configuration will be associated with the asset through its data screen. But the asset event must be performed through the Execution Event menu.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to create the configurations of the different types of asset events. See further details about this operation in the Creating a usage event, Creating a maintenance event, and Creating a calibration event sections.

Allows editing the event configuration selected in the list of records.

Allows deleting the event configuration selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

Allows enabling or disabling the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Allows adding a new event configuration from the copy of an already created configuration. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. The created event configuration will be displayed in the list of records and may be identified through the ID # that starts with "Copy of".

 

Use the "Search filters" to find the records more easily based on specific information (ID #, name, and/or status).
