Purpose:
|
To track the audit progress and make the necessary adjustments.
|
How to perform this task:
1.Select the desired audit from the list of pending records.
2.On the toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:

Click on this button to edit the data of the audit selected in the list of records. Refer to the Planning a new audit section for a detailed description of the audit data screen.

Click on this button to delete an audit. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.
|
|
Click on this button to view the data of an audit. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

|
Click on this button to change the status (active or inactive) of the audit selected in the list of records. On the screen that will open up, enter an explanation to perform this operation.

|
Click on this button to copy the data of an audit selected from the list of records. On the screen that will be displayed, enter the audit planned start that will be originated from the copy.
|
|
Click on this button to return to the audit selected in the list of records to the previous step.
|
Note that the third quadrant will display the details of the audit selected in the second quadrant. This information is contained on the audit data screen. See the Planning a new audit section for a detailed description of the audit data screen.

3.When the audit is effectively finished or is cancelled, it will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.
