Evaluation preparation

When:

▪The execution of a planned evaluation plan cycle, with generated evaluations and the preparation step configured, is started. ▪The evaluations are generated from an evaluation plan cycle in the execution step that has the preparation step configured. |
Purpose:
|
To prepare the employee evaluation for it to suit their reality.
|
How to execute this task:
1.

In the list of pending records, locate and select the evaluation plan grouper and the desired appraiser type.

Select all employees from the evaluation plan/appraiser type or specific employees of the same evaluation plan/appraiser type whose evaluations you wish to prepare.

After that, click on the button on the toolbar.

At this point, the system will open the evaluation preparation data screen. The competences (and evaluation items) structure will be displayed in a column and, next to it, the employees who will be evaluated will be displayed. Click on their names to view their details.
Use the button to enter important comments about the evaluation that is being prepared. In the column corresponding to each employee, keep the Use the competence in the evaluation option enabled for the competences that will be evaluated for them. In order for a competency not to be evaluated for a specific employee, simply disable this option.
Use also the Add and Edit options on the toolbar to perform the necessary changes. See a detailed description of the buttons that may be displayed in the toolbar in the Preparing the evaluation - Interface section.

After performing the desired edits, click on the Save and next step button on the toolbar. The system will ask whether you wish to finish the evaluation preparation. Click on the desired option:
▪Save only: Allows you to save the preparation data and not close it. The preparation closure may also be performed through the button on the main screen toolbar or through the Execution Evaluation preparation menu. ▪Confirm: Allows finishing the evaluation preparation and enabling the evaluations for the appraisers to execute them through the Evaluation execution task. |

Select the employee whose evaluation you wish to prepare.

After that, click on the button on the toolbar.

At this point, the system will open the evaluation preparation data screen. In the General data section, the structure of the competences (and evaluation items) that will be evaluated is displayed. By clicking on a competence or item, on the side panel, the details of the selected record will be displayed.
The information of the employee who will be evaluated and the appraiser will also be displayed. Click on their names to view their details. Use the button next to the Period field to enter important comments about the evaluation being prepared.
Use also the Add and Edit options on the toolbar to perform the necessary changes. See a detailed description of the buttons that may be displayed in the toolbar in the Preparing the evaluation - Interface section.

After performing the desired edits, click on the Save and next step button on the toolbar. The system will ask whether you wish to finish the evaluation preparation. Click on the desired option:
