After generating the evaluations, while the evaluation plan cycle is under execution, it is possible to track the progress of the evaluations and edit information.
To do that, first, locate and select the desired evaluation plan from the list of records in the second quadrant. In the list of records on the third quadrant, select the cycle under execution you wish to track.
After that, click on the button on the side toolbar. At this point, the data screen will be opened. The fields will be displayed with the information filled out when adding the cycle.
The following sections may be edited:
This section will display all employees that will be evaluated in the cycle that is being executed. In the list of records, it is possible to view the employee data, the number of closed, pending and total evaluations related to them, the review evaluation status, the status and the responsible for employee feedback.
On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to associate the employees that should be evaluated through this cycle. See further details about this operation in the Associate employees topic below.

Click on this button to edit the responsible for performing the feedback of the employee selected from the list of records. This button will only be enabled while the feedback is not closed. See further details on this operation in the Change responsible user for the feedback topic below.

Click on this button to disassociate the user selected in the listing from the cycle.
|
|
Click on this button to view the employee profile of a user selected in the list of records. Refer to the documentation of the SE Administration component for a detailed description of the screen that will be opened.

Associate employees
|
To associate the employees that will be evaluated in the cycle, click on the button on the side toolbar and perform the following steps on the selection screen that will be opened:

Use the search filters to easily locate the employees through specific information: their data, team, organizational unit to which they belong and/or the position they hold. After filling out the desired filters, press ENTER on the keyboard.
|

Depending on the selected access type and the values entered in the filters, the result will be displayed in the list of records, located at the bottom of the screen. Select the desired users. Hold the SHIFT or CTRL keys on the keyboard or check next to each record to select more than one employee at a time.
|
3.
|
After performing the desired selections, click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

Change responsible user for the feedback
|
To change the user responsible for giving feedback to an employee, click on the button on the side toolbar and, on the screen that will be opened, perform the following steps:

Use the filters in the Appraiser section to easily locate the user that will give feedback through specific information: their data, team, organizational unit to which they belong and/or the position they hold. After filling out the desired filters, press ENTER on the keyboard.

Depending on the selected access type and the values entered in the filters, the result will be displayed in the list of records, located at the bottom of the screen. Select the desired user.
|

|
After performing the desired selection, click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
|
|
|
This section will list the employees that will be evaluated in this cycle and their appraisers in each evaluation type. Use the Search filters to easily locate the desired appraisers through specific information. The list of records will display the employees grouping the evaluations they will go through, the appraisers, the start and end dates, the progress and the obtained level.
On the toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to add an appraiser to the plan execution cycle. See further details about this operation in the Generating evaluations section.

Click on this button to edit the appraiser of the employee selected in the list of records. On the new screen, locate and select the user who will be the appraiser of the employee in question and save your selection. Notice that this button will not be enabled when the appraiser type is "Self-assessment" or if the evaluation status is "Cancelled".

Click on this button to delete the evaluation selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on this button to view the data of the evaluation of the employee selected in the list of records. This button may be disabled according to the view permissions of the logged user that are configured in the general parameters of SE Administration.
|
|
Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the blank evaluation and evaluation data reports you wish. This button also allows configuring a new report or associating an existing report and also viewing the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to cancel/reactivate the evaluation selected in the list of records. See how to perform this operation in the Change evaluation status topic below.
|
|
Click on this button to return the evaluation selected in the list of records to the previous step. This button will not be available if the evaluation status is "Start", "Closed" or if the "Review" is automatic.
|
|
Click on this button to send the evaluation selected in the list of records to the next step. This button will only be available if the evaluation status is "Execution". See further details in the Closing an evaluation section.

Edit the evaluation status

To cancel/reactivate an evaluation, click on the More button on the toolbar. On the screen that will be opened, the following fields will be displayed:

This field is filled out by the system with the operation being performed (cancellation) or with the status to which the evaluation will be reactivated.

Select the date in which the evaluation has been effectively cancelled/reactivated.

Responsibility
|
Select the user responsible for cancelling or reactivating the evaluation. Use the other buttons next to the field to add a new user and make them responsible for the operation, fill out the field with the logged user data and clear it.

Explanation
|
Enter an explanation for cancelling/reopening the evaluation.
|
After filling out the necessary fields, save the record:
▪If the evaluation is being cancelled and the employee has other evaluations in progress, this evaluation will be displayed with the "Cancelled" status on the list of records. ▪If the evaluation is being cancelled and the other evaluations of the employee are closed/cancelled, the system will ask if you wish to generate the review evaluation. Click on the desired option: oOK: The evaluation will be cancelled, but the review will be generated. If you wish to undo the generated review, it is possible to delete it and add it again as desired, through the respective buttons on the toolbar in this section. oCancel: The evaluation will be cancelled, but the review evaluation will not be generated. ▪If the evaluation is being cancelled, the system will ask if you wish to generate the review evaluation. Click on the desired option: ▪If the evaluation is being reactivated, it will be displayed under the status it had before being cancelled. |

After performing the necessary adjustments, save the record.
If the "Allow finishing the evaluation plan automatically when finishing all the evaluations" option of the Configurations General settings section of the evaluation plan cycle data is:

When closing all evaluations of the evaluation plan cycle, it will also be closed by the system.

Disabled
|
