Request types: Select the request type (View, Loan or Copy) regarding the service record you wish to view.
ID #: Enter a range of sequential numbers that cover the ID # of the service record you wish to view.
Reason: Select the reason that was associated with the service record you wish to view.
Status: Click on the button placed next to the field and, on the screen that will be displayed, check the possible status (issue, approval, approved and rejected) of the service request you wish to view. To select more than one record at a time, use the SHIFT or CTRL key, or also the checkbox next to each record. After that, save the record.
Department: Select the department to which the requester of the service whose record you wish to view belongs. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user department or clear it.
Description: Enter the description/question made by service requester, of the record you wish to view.
Explanation: Enter the explanation given by the approver of service request which record you wish to view.
Requester: Select the user who issued the request of service whose record you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Approver: Select the user who approved the request of service whose record you wish to view.
Executor: Select the user who executed the request of service whose record you wish to view.
Date: In the Last __ day(s) field, enter the number of days prior to the current date that covers the date in which the service record you wish to view was performed, or use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the date in which the service record you wish to view was performed.
