View content record

Who is notified:
|
Responsible for repository where the documents associated with this view content record are archived. Responsible users are those who belong to the same department where the storage place of the repository is and that have license key to SE Archive.

When:
|
▪A content view request is approved, but the answer in it is not sent to the issuer who requested. ▪The issuance of a content viewing record is finished, but the answer in the record is not sent to the requester. |
Purpose:
|
Enable executor to verify if the answer entered is correct and make any necessary changes, before sending it to the requester.
|
How to execute this task:
1.

In the listing, select the desired record.
|

After that, click on the  button on the toolbar.
|
3.
|
At this point, the record data screen will be opened. If the Answer field has not been filled out, enter the desired answer for the requester. If it is filled out, check if the entered answer is correct. See a detailed description of the content viewing record screen in the Adding a content viewing record section.

4.
|
Once done, click on the toolbar button on the data screen. At this point, the answer will be sent to the view requester through the View content record acknowledgment task.
