Through this menu, it is possible to view the status of trainings related to documents with the "Training" control configured in their category. Document training can be performed both through SE Training and the Publication acknowledgment, according to the configurations performed in the category. Through the field located in the upper right part of this menu, it is possible to alter the document search view between:

Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the desired option to view the electronic file, view the electronic file with markup and view the digital signature data of the document selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the desired option to view the data screen of the document, of its revision or of the training related to it. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Training component for more information about the training data screen.

|
Click on this button to load SE Analytics, so that the result obtained in the search can be analyzed.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to view the TNA x employee matrix in full screen mode. This button will only be enabled if the search is in the "TNA X employee matrix" vision.

Click on this button to download the electronic file of the document selected in the list of records. In order to successfully perform this operation it is necessary to have the "Save locally" control enabled in the security of the document that is being revised. If the type of file configured in the category of the selected document is "Complex", by clicking on this button, the container folder structure will also be exported. By default, the system does not download files simultaneously when the sum of their sizes is higher than 4GB.

If necessary, use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.
When the title of the document is translated, the language of the translation will be displayed on the data screen.
|
Deadline: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status of the training execution deadline you wish to view: on time, close to due date or past due. Use the other buttons to check all available options and clear the markups performed.
Status: Expand the list and check the status of the employee regarding the document training: qualified or unqualified. Remember that the training can be performed both by the execution of a training in the SE Training component (in which case the employee is considered either approved or rejected), and by the Publication acknowledgment execution (in which case the knowledge is considered either confirmed or unconfirmed).
Training type: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the training type you wish to view.
Training deadline: Select the date range that covers the deadline to execute the training of the document you wish to view.
Training date: Select the date range that covers the training execution date (SE Training) or the Publication acknowledgment date.
Confirmation date: Select the date range that covers the date in which the training result was confirmed.
Training permission only: Check this option so that only the records related to training needs are displayed in the search results based on the training permissions of the document.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the category of the document whose training status you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To add more than one attribute to this filter, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Use the fields of this filter to locate the document whose training status you wish to view, through its ID # and/or title/summary.
|
Document status: Expand the list of options and check the possible status in which the document whose training status you wish to view is found. If parameterized, some statuses will come already checked, however, it will be possible to uncheck them. Use the other buttons to check all available statuses and clear the markups performed.
Author: Enter the name of the author of the document whose training status you wish to view.
File name: Enter the name of the electronic file of the document whose training status you wish to view.
Record user: Select the responsible for the document whose training status you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Station: Select the station responsible for the copies of the document whose training status you wish to view.
Registration period: In the Last __ day(s) field, enter the number of days before the current date, covering the registration date of the document whose training status you wish to view. If you prefer, use the Start and End fields to select the date ranges that cover the date on which the desired document was created.
Validity: In the Next __ day(s) field, enter the number of days before the current date, covering the validity date of the document whose training status you wish to view. If you wish, use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the validity period of the desired document.
Digital signature: Expand the list and select the corresponding option for the system to filter documents that have already been signed or that have not been signed, that are awaiting signature, whose signature has been rejected by the signatory, whose signature time has expired, or whose signature has been cancelled or is incomplete.

In the field displayed in this filter, type the name of the keyword and press Enter on the keyboard, or use the button and select the keyword related to the document whose training status you wish to see. Add all desired keywords.
As they are added, they will be displayed in the area just below the field. To remove a keyword from the filter, hover over it and click on the Close option. To remove every keyword from the filter, click on the button, located next to the Keyword field.
At the bottom of the filter, select the AND option so that all words are considered as filters or the OR option so that at least one of the words is used as a filter.

Revision: Enter the number of the document revision whose training status you wish to view.
Reason: Select the reason why the document revision whose training status you wish to view was created.
Revision status: Expand the list of options and check the status of the document revision whose training status you wish to view. Use the other buttons to check all available options and clear the markups performed.
•Revision period: In the Last __ day(s) field, enter the number of days before the current date, covering the registration date of the document whose training status you wish to view. The user can also use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the revision date you wish to view. Display only the last revision that requires training: Check this option for the search results to show only the last document revision with the "Revision requires training (default)" option checked in its category.

Click on the Add employee button and select the department, position or the employee enrolled in the training whose status you wish to view. After that, click on Apply.

User ID: Enter the user ID of the employee whose document training you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the employee whose document training you wish to view.
Department: Select the department of the employee whose document training you wish to view. Check the Display lower level records option for the organizational units that are in levels below the selected department in the hierarchy to be considered in the search result as well.
Position: Select the position performed by the employee whose document training you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Leader: Select the user who is the leader of the employee whose document training you wish to view.
User status: Expand the list of options and check the possible status of the system record of the employee whose document training you wish to view. Use the other buttons to check all available options and clear the markups performed.

ID #: Enter the identifier of the document training you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the document training you wish to view.
Training status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible statuses of the document training you wish to view. Use the other buttons to check all available options and clear the markups performed.
Planned: Use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the planned start and end period of the document training you wish to view. Use the Workload field to enter the time range that covers the planned workload for the desired training. In the # of participants field, enter a range that covers the planned number of participants for the training.
Actual: Use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the actual start and end period of the document training you wish to view. Use the Workload field to enter the time range that covers the actual workload of the training in question. In the # of participants field, enter a range that covers the actual number of participants of the training.
Validity: Select the date range that covers the validity period (if configured) of the document training you wish to view. Check the Show only expired trainings option for the system to display only expired trainings in the search result.

Training method: Select the method associated with the document training you wish to view.
Instructor: Select the instructor of the document training you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Educational entity: Select the educational entity that offered the document training you wish to view.
Planning control team: Select the planning control team of the document training you wish to view.
Execution control team: Select the execution control team of the document training you wish to view.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the Search button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right-side of the view screen.
