To edit the data of an FMEA family, first, locate it and select it in the list of records of the main screen. After that, click on the button on the toolbar.
▪Only the responsible team can edit the FMEA family data. ▪If the type that classifies the FMEA family has revision control, then it is only possible to edit the family data when it is under revision through the FMEA revision task. |
At this point, the FMEA family data screen will open and the following sections will be available for editing, according to the configurations performed in the FMEA type:
General data
The fields in this section will be displayed as completed, according to what was entered when creating the family, but some can be edited. See a detailed description of the fields available for editing in the Creating FMEA families section.
Attribute
This section will only be displayed if there are attributes configured in the type that classifies the family in question. The attributes that are required must have their values filled out. For that, simply enter them in the list of attributes itself.
|
This section will only be displayed if the FMEA type has revision control via Workflow or based on the ISO9000 standards. Thus, if it is necessary to complement the revision information, it is possible to access and edit its data. Access the Creating an FMEA revision section for further details on this operation.
|
This section allows opening the data screen of the structure of the assets, items, processes, designs, and objects associated with the FMEA family in question to carry out the assembly of the FMEA structure. If the FMEA family is of the Process type, a screen with the assembly wizard will be opened to help. Access the Assembling the FMEA structure section for details on this operation. It is worth remembering that if the FMEA is under revision, the structure can only be edited by the drafter through the FMEA revision task.
