Task:

Execution approval

Who receives:

This task will be generated for the members of the responsibility routes of each step of the inspection flow configured in the form of the inspection. All inspection steps (Identification, Inspection, Qualification and Release) may go through approval, as long as a responsibility route has been defined in each one of the steps where the approval is required.

When:

This task will be generated when sending the receiving to the next step if, in the inspection flow defined in the inspection form, the current step has a responsibility route set for approval.

Purpose:

Approve the execution of the identification, inspection, qualification and/or release of the receiving.

How to execute this task:

1.Select the desired receiving in the list of pending records.

2.Then, click on the button on the toolbar.

3.Fill in the following fields of the approval screen that will open:

Approved: Enter if the record will be approved or not.

Date: Approval date/failure of the record.

4.The Checklist tab will only be displayed if the responsibility route set for approval in the respective step of the inspection has a checklist associated with it. This checklist is intended to assist the responsible in the approval or failure of the record in question. To answer the checklist questions, select, in the Answer column in the records list itself, the desired option (Yes, No, or N/A). The answers may already be filled in with a default option, set in the record of the checklist. In addition to that, filling in the fields in the Comments column will be mandatory or not according to the configurations set when creating the checklist as well.

5.Use the Comment tab to make the necessary comments about the approval/failure of the record. Remember that, in the event of failure, the completion of this field will be mandatory.

6.The Route tab will only be displayed if it is configured, in the responsibility route, that the user in question will be able to edit the approval flow. In this case, make the necessary changes.

7.Save the record after filling out the fields above.

If approved, the receiving execution proceeds to the next step, according to the flow defined in the inspection form in question. If failed, the receiving returns to the step in which it was.
