Overview:

MSA planning is performed in this menu. At this step, the user sets the necessary configurations for test execution. It is essential that the planning is carried out before the project and the purchase of the gage or measurement system. Decisions taken during this step can affect the choice and selection of measurement gages.

The planning step defines the course a measurement process takes and how well the measurement process works. Besides that, it avoids future problems by reducing measurement errors.
