The portfolio schedule allows you to analyze the programs and projects that make up the structure of a portfolio. To access it, click on the  button located on the toolbar of the file and view main screens of the portfolio, as well as on its data screen. The schedule is divided according to the image shown below. The alphabetical letters identify each available item:

The Toolbar displays the buttons that allow manipulating the portfolio information and formatting the schedule vision. See further details on the Toolbar section.

In the Portfolio panel, the system displays a table with information of the projects and programs that make up the portfolio structure. Click on the name of the columns to rearrange them or enable/disable their display.

In the Gantt panel, the system displays information regarding the duration of the projects and programs that make up the portfolio structure. As configured in the Parameters tab of the vision data screen of the view profile associated with the portfolio, the system may display: the Gantt chart, the comparison with the actual and the current date row.
