Survey from an existing survey

To create a survey from another survey that was previously created, access the "Management Survey planning" or "Execution Survey execution" menus. The steps below are the same for the creation of the survey on both steps: planning and execution.

1.On the main screen toolbar, click on the arrow next to the button and click on the Survey from an existing one option.

2.On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the survey from which the new scorecard will be created and save the selection.

3.At this point, the system opens the survey data screen. Some fields on the data screen will be filled out with the information of the previously selected survey.
