Finishing planning

After creating the survey in the planning step (Management Survey planning), it is necessary to send it to the next configured step.

The record to be finished can be found in the following locations:

Management Survey planning:

1.Select the survey to be finished:

2.Click on the button.

3.Click on the Save and next step option.

4.At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send the survey to the next step. Click on the desired option:

▪Confirm: The survey will be sent to the next configured step:

▪Save only: The record will remain pending with the Planning status.

My tasks Survey planning:

1.Select the survey to be finished:

2.Click on the button.

3.Click on the Save and next step option.

4.At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send the survey to the next step. Click on the desired option:

▪Confirm: The survey will be sent to the next configured step:

▪Save only: The record will remain pending with the Planning status.

Through the record screen:

1.After that, click on More on the toolbar.

2.At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send the survey to the next step. Click on the desired option:

OK: The survey will be sent to the next configured step:

Cancel: The record will remain pending with the Planning status.

After confirming the closure of the survey planning, the record will go to one of the following steps:

▪Planning approval: If the approval step was parameterized in the survey type, the system will generate the "Survey planning approval" task for the members of the responsibility route through this operation.

▪Start: If the approval step has not been configured for the survey planning, it will be available for the start of its execution. See more details in the Execution Survey execution menu.
