After finishing the final step of the treatment defined in the method associated with the occurrence classification, the record is finally sent to effectiveness verification, if it is also defined in the method. In this step, it is possible to check whether the performed actions were able to eliminate the root causes of the nonconformity. For that, the user must create the objective evidence, the proving method, and determine whether there are repeating occurrences in the treatment process.
