Click on this button to issue a request to view an archive. See further details about this operation in the Requesting content viewing section.

Click on this button to edit the request selected in the list of records. It will only be available if the request status is "Issue".

Click on this button to delete the request selected from the list of records. It will not be available if the request status is "Approved".

Click on this button to access the Document tab on the request data screen, selected in the list of records and view the documents data associated with it.

Click on this button to load SE Analytics, so that the result obtained in the query can be analyzed.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired archive record data reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to return the request selected in the list of records to the issue step. It will only be enabled if the request status is "Approval".

Click on this button to send the request selected to the list of records for approval. It will only be enabled if the request status is "Issue".
