Adding a distribution reason

To add copy distribution reasons, access the Configuration Copy distribution Reason menu.

Perform the following steps:

1.Click on the button on the main screen toolbar. To edit the data of a reason, select it in the list of records and click on the button.

2.On the screen that will be opened, enter an ID # and a name for the copy distribution reason. It is also possible to enter a description.

3.Done this, save the record.
