Overview:

Register through this menu templates that may be later associated with the document categories. Templates can be specified as electronic files or documents already created in the system, thus allowing the template files to also undergo revisions. This way, when documents with revision control are created in the system, the template will be copied and used as a reference to its draft. In addition, templates can be associated with Complex file containers of the documents.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow on the right side of this button to add a new template or associate files already created in other SE Suite components. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a template section.

Click on this button to edit the template selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the template selected in the list of records. To perform this operation, confirm the request performed by the system.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. In order to view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.

When the title of the document is translated, the language of the translation will be displayed on the data screen.
