Complex file container

Complex file container is the creation of a folder structure that allows to standardize the content of documents, resulting in a better organization. It also allows the configuration of connectors for integration with specific applications, to control that structure.

	Click on this button to add a new complex file container. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a complex file container section.
	Click on this button to edit the complex file container selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to delete the complex file container selected in the list of records. To perform this operation, confirm the request performed by the system.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
	Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. In order to view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

▪Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.

▪To define a complex file container for specific documents, the user should associate them through their category. View the Details Electronic file section for further details on this operation.
