Exporting electronic files from the transmittal form

This option allows the user to export the electronic files of documents associated with the transmittal form, to the local machine from the sender. See how to use it:

To do this, in the list of records of the main screen, locate and select the desired transmittal form.

Then, on the toolbar, click More Export transmittal form button.

At this point, the system will download the electronic files on the computer of the logged user. If there is more than one electronic file, the system will create a .zip with the files of the transmittal form.

This option exports the electronic files of the documents associated with the document transmittal form, in addition to their data, in the sebriefcase.xml file and in the sebriefcase.exe application. See how to use it:

To do this, in the list of records of the main screen, locate and select the desired transmittal form.

Then, on the toolbar, click on the More Export briefcase button.

At this point, the download of the transmittal data and of the documents data will be done, in the sebriefcase.xml file and in the sebriefcase.exe application, in a .zip file.

When the user executes the sebriefcase.exe application, the following screen will display:

Use the Search filters of the Search tab, to locate the desired documents easily. When the screen has been divided into 3 quadrants (as shown in the image above), the system will display the documents that have been associated with the transmittal form in the second quadrant, while the attributes (if there is any) or the preview of the electronic files will be displayed in the third quadrant.

The options available on the toolbar allow you to search, clear the search filters, view the electronic file of the document that has been selected from the list of records, generate the report of transmittal form and edit the layout of the screen to 2 or 3 quadrants.
