Overview:

Use this menu to associate items with their respective customers. The main screen of this menu is displayed in three quadrants. The first quadrant displays the search filter panel. The second quadrant displays the items and/or families of items. And the third quadrant displays the customers of the item selected in the second quadrant.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to view the data of the item/family of items.

Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to issue a report. Click on the arrow next to this button to verify the report options available for the menu in question. This button also enables configuring a new report or associating an existing report.

Click on this button to download the electronic file of an item/family of items. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to associate a customer with the item selected on the main screen. See further details about this operation in the Associating a customer with the item section.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to edit an item x customer association Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to delete an item x customer association Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
