Overview:
Create through this menu all possible types that classify the forms that can be associated with process activities. The system displays them on a data hierarchical structure in order to help the forms organization.

Click on this button to add a new file form type. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a file form type section.

Click on this button to edit the file form type selected in the list of records.
|

Click on this button to delete the file form type selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button, to configure a new report, to associate an existing report or to see the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

|
Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the inactive records, use the "Status" field of the General filter on the search filters panel.

The association of a form to its type is made by means of the "File  File form" menu.
