Prerequisites:

▪Processes with revision control

 

Overview:

It is possible through this menu to monitor the processes revisions, regardless of their statuses. Use the search fields, located on the left-side of the main screen, to find the desired records through the specific information.

 

Specific buttons:

view

Click on the arrow next to this button to select one of the following options:

▪View flowchart: Select this option to view the flowchart of the selected process.

▪View process data: Select this option to view the data screen of the selected process.

▪View revision data: Select this option to view the data screen of the revision of the selected process.

report

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

compare_rev

When triggered, it allows making the comparison between revisions of the selected process.

treeview

This button will be displayed for the following options:

▪View process tree: When this button is clicked, the system will display a chart of the selected process tree.

▪Risk plan: This button will be enabled when the type is enabled to integrate with SE Risk. By clicking on this button, the risk plan that uses the selected process as the scope is displayed. A risk plan may be created if the same has not been created in SE Risk.

 

Use the search fields described below, to retrieve the desired record(s) through specific information. To use these filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the addfilter button to add filters.

Reason: Select the reason why the revision was created.

Status: Select the revision status: draft, review, approval, release, released and finished.

Revision date: Enter the range date that covers the revision date or provides information on how many days ago revision was accomplished.

Show revisions: Select which type of revision will be displayed.

▪All: All revisions (in process, current and obsolete) will be displayed in the search result.

▪In progress: It will be presented in the view result only the revisions that are in progress.

▪Current: It will be displayed in the view result only the revisions that are current.

▪Obsolete: It will be displayed in the search result all the revisions that are obsolete.

 

After filling in the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard.
