Activity/Decision

It is possible, in this menu item, to monitor all activities and decisions created in the system. Use the search fields, located on the left-side of the main screen, to find the desired records through specific information:

	Click on this button to view the data screen of the activity selected on the main screen.
	When clicked, it loads the SE Analytics so that the result obtained from the search may be analyzed.
	Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow placed next to this button to verify the available report options for the selected menu. This button also allows to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file to configure a new report, associate any existing report or even view the parameters that can be used to configure new reports.
	Click on this button to view the input & output diagram of the selected activity.
	Click on this button to view the turtle diagram of the selected activity.

Use the search fields described below, to retrieve the desired record(s) through specific information. To use these filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the

button to add filters.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the activity/decision being searched for.

Name: Enter the activity/decision name.

Status: Select the activity/decision status.

Record user: Enter the name of the user who created the activity.

Process: Select the process that contains the activity to be searched for.

Duration: Enter the time range covering the activity/decision duration.

Input: Use this search field to find an activity through information or material required to execute the process being viewed:

▪Information: Select the input information.

▪Material: Select an input material.

Output: Use this search field to locate an activity through information or material required for the execution of the activity/decision that will be viewed:

▪Information: Select the output information.

▪Material: Select an output material.

Resource: Select a resource used in the execution of the activity/decision that will be viewed.

Cost: Select the expense generated by the execution of the activity/decision that will be viewed.
