Overview:

Through this menu, record all the methods that can be used to determine the priority of the requests issued in the system. The methods recorded here will be associated, later, with the request types.

 

Specific buttons:

new

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option:

Add: Allows creating a new evaluation method. See more details on how to perform this operation in the Configuring the evaluation method section.

Add new revision: Allows performing a new revision on the evaluation method selected in the list of records. This button is only available if the status of the evaluation method is Released. See more details on how to perform this operation in the Revising an evaluation method section.

edit

Click on this button to edit the evaluation method selected in the list of records.

delete

Click on this button to delete the evaluation method selected in the list of records.

default

Click on this button to release the ongoing revision of the evaluation method that is selected in the list of records. 

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

copy

Click on this button to copy the evaluation method selected in the list of records. The start of the copy ID # carried out will be "Copy of", facilitating its identification.

 

Use "Search filters" to easily find the records based on specific information.
