Finishing planning

After planning the training, it is necessary to send it to the next configured step. See how to perform this operation:

Select the desired record in the list of records of the main screen.

At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send the training to approval/execution. Click on the desired option:

OK: The training will be sent to the next configured step:

Planning approval: If the approval step was parameterized in the training configuration, the system will generate the Training planning approval task for the members of the responsibility route for this operation.

Start: If the approval step has not been configured for the training, it will be available for the start of its execution, through the Execution arrowrgray Training execution menu. If the training is public, it will be available for the participants to enroll in it.

Cancel: The record will remain pending with the Planning status. In this case, it is possible to finish its planning either through the Save and next step button on the data screen toolbar, or through the Training planning task.

 

If the training planning does not have the approval step configured and if in the general parameters, the "Enable synchronization training calendar with the e-mail client calendar" option is checked, at this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send an appointment to the email client calendar of the participants of the training. Click OK to perform this operation and Cancel not to perform it.

If the logged user is a member of the team responsible for planning, if the training has the "Start" status, associated participants or instructor, planned dates that are equal to or later than the current date and if it is accessed through the view button of the main screen toolbar, the "Export appointment" option will be displayed in the toolbar of its data screen. This option allows sending the appointments in the days in which the training will take place to the e-mail customer calendar of the participants and instructor of the training. It is important to notice that in order for this feature to work correctly, the Export appointment field must be properly configured in the general parameters, as well, that the users involved have the email properly configured in the system and that the email sending feature is enabled.
