Task:

Occurrence tracking

Who receives it:

Users of the team responsible for the occurrence tracking, defined on the audit data screen.

When:

While there is an isolated action, incident, action plan, or problem associated with a finished audit and the occurrence tracking is configured for it.

Purpose:

To allow the responsible parties to track the occurrences associated with the audit.

 

How to perform this task:

 

1.Select the desired audit from the list of pending records.

 

2.Click on the button on the toolbar and select the desired option to view: the occurrence data (isolated action, incident, action plan, or problem), the audit data, or the audit requirements.

 

The execution of an isolated action, incident, action plan, or problem is performed in the respective component. Refer to the specific documentation of each component (SE Action, SE Incident, SE Action plan, and SE Problem) for more information.

 

3.When the execution of the isolated action, incident, action plan, or problem is performed, the audit will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.
